With its bitter cold winters and well-balanced natural spring water, Niigata prefecture is famous for generating extremely high-quality and unique-tasting sake. The event will guide you through different Niigata sakes carefully paired with a selection of light appetizers. Included in the tasting are unique offerings not typically available in the United States.
