Explore the diversity of Japanese teas, while learning some of the traditions, production methods, and techniques involved in making Japanese teas. We will practice traditional gyokuro preparation using a kyushu teapot, as well as experiment with ceremonial matcha whisking techniques. MEM Tea Imports has been sourcing, blending, and distributing teas from around the world since 1999. MEM TEA Imports offers comprehensive seminars about origins of tea, tea processing, tea preparation, and tea and health.
