Explore the diversity of Japanese teas, while learning some of the traditions, production methods, and techniques involved in making Japanese teas. We will practice traditional gyokuro preparation using a kyushu teapot, as well as experiment with ceremonial matcha whisking techniques. MEM Tea Imports has been sourcing, blending, and distributing teas from around the world since 1999.
