SpeakYourDreams Over Ramen!

Monday, July 9, 2018 from 6 – 8 PM

Venture Cafe Kendall
1 Broadway, 5th Floor

Cambridge, MA 02142

In their first collaborative event, CIC and Yume Wo Katare join forces to bring a unique food and expression-filled experience to CIC. We encourage all CIC members, local entrepreneurs, and innovators to join in for a special night full of dreams, achievements, inspirations, and innovations, accompanied with hearty bowls of delicious ramen (no vegetarian option available).

All participants will get a chance to write down their dreams or goals, and if you feel inspired enough from the atmosphere of the event, there will be an open mic for you to speak your dreams to the room. Meanwhile, everyone will get a chance to taste the signature ramen from Yume Wo Katare! As a special treat, founder Tsuyoshi Nishioka will be onsite to share his vision on making the world a better place by speaking your dreams.

This event is free, but space is limited - be sure to RSVP!

About Yume Wo Katare:

Yume Wo Katare is more than just a tiny ramen shop in Cambridge, MA. The translation is “To Speak Your Dreams” which is also the philosophy that the owner Tsuyoshi Nishioka lives by, encouraging others to do the same. Through the philosophy of “To Speak Your Dreams” Mr. Nishioka created the concept of a place and a forum where people can gather and share their dreams while having a bowl of ramen in this tiny hole-in-the-wall outside Porter Square T Station. Ever since the establishment of the shop back in 2012, Yume Wo Katare’s signature ramen has attracted many ramen enthusiasts from around the country. However, it is the philosophy and practice of sharing dreams that creates long-lasting impressions on visitors!

Mr. Nishioka feels that CIC and Yume Wo Katare share a very similar philosophy. CIC creates spaces and opportunities for many innovators to speak and work on their goals and dreams. With the sense of genuine support for ideas that both CIC and YWK possess, this collaboration is inevitable!
