Join The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and the Consulate-General of Japan in Boston for the “The Japan-US Science Forum in Boston.” Every year, JSPS and the Consulate General of Japan co-host this forum series with topics which are challenges to the mankind and have a global implication or value to consider.

This year’s topic is “Food Science for the Future: Health, Supply, and Culture.” The forum invites you to consider issues like food science, the social science of food, food safety, food security, and the stable food supply. For this purpose, they have invited speakers from various fields including scientific and sociological backgrounds, the food industry and others. The speakers will discuss a variety of food related issues such as culture, obesity, packaging, agriculture and more. Talk topics will include Sustainable Food Supply, Food Safety, Healthy Life and Food Culture. Click here to see the full schedule.
