Join us for an afternoon of original contemporary English and Japanese language haiku, featuring a gathering of the top haiku poets in the Boston area reading selections of their work.  Hear about how this group was formed, what the parameters of English language haiku are, how they reflect or differ from the classical origins, and discover how to read, understand, and compose your haiku.  We will feature an “open mike” session at the end, in which attendees can share their own haiku and a question and answer session.
