At the Oyster Grand Tasting food event, leading chefs will offer savory dishes ranging from classics to contemporary fusion creations, to international offerings that will delight your palate, however cautious or adventurous.  This gastronomic event for food lovers will inspire greater appreciation for oysters both as a culinary staple, and as a vital species in preserving of our ocean and coastlines.

  "All Things Oysters" silent auction will benefit oyster education programs and the 6th International Oyster Symposium of the World Oyster Society held on Cape Cod in 2015.
